The Fast Track Entrance will be sign posted once you arrive at the venue, please follow the signage or ask a member of staff if in doubt.
To get the most out of your Fast Track Ticket, we recommend arriving at least 10-20 minutes prior to the start of your session, you will receive your wristband in the queue and the queue will move quickly as soon as the session starts.
You will collect your glass as you enter the venue but please be prepared for bag searches to be carried out by security prior to this.
If you have upgraded your ticket separately, please ensure you have both tickets to hand (we recommend screenshotting your tickets to ensure you can access both QR codes quickly in your phone’s gallery).
Please note that if you arrive more than 2 hours after the start of the venue, the Fast Track Entrance may be closed and you will be asked to enter via the Main Entrance.
